Farrah Kashef brings over 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in full-stack digital infrastructure — spanning network, security, and cloud solutions. She helps organizations modernize their IT environments and accelerate digital transformation through strategic, business-aligned technology decisions.
Before founding XConnect Global, Farrah was Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Strategic Partners at Unitas Global (acquired by PacketFabric), where she built partnerships with Fortune 500 enterprises, global data center providers, and cloud ecosystem leaders — driving a 186% compound annual growth rate over three years. Key partners included Evocative, Digital Realty, Equinix, and Atlas Edge.
Earlier in her career, she led enterprise sales at Mzima Networks (now part of GTT) and held senior roles at GTT, Arbinet, and NTT-Verio, specializing in internet transit and transport solutions for global clients.
Farrah is also an advocate for women in technology and an active member of several professional communities. She supports the Child Foundation, a nonprofit providing educational resources to high-achieving children in need.
